Category: Automotive & Motorcycle Parts
URL: https://www.machined-parts-factory.com/products/automotive-motorcycle-parts/5-axis-turn-mill-aluminum-motorcycle-billet-brackets/

These are billet motorcycle brackets and mounts, including handlebar risers, mirror mounts, license plate brackets and engine hangers, produced by 5-axis milling and turn-mill machining. Most are cut from 6061-T6 aluminum, with stainless steel for fastener-loaded parts. They are finished with sandblasting and color anodizing for builders, dealers and aftermarket brands.

- 5-axis and turn-mill for angled faces and cross holes
- Sandblasted matte or brushed finish before anodizing
- Laser-engraved logos and part numbers available
- Every part checked on bolt pattern and bores

## How we make it
Brackets often look simple but rarely are: angled mounting faces, counterbores and pockets that remove weight all need to line up with the motorcycle's existing hardware. Using 5-axis machining we reach these faces without multiple fixtures, and turn-mill handles round risers and spacers that also need cross holes or flats. Sharp edges are chamfered so the parts are safe to handle and anodize evenly.

6061-T6 is the default for its balance of strength, machinability and anodize quality. For brackets near the exhaust or carrying high loads, 304 stainless steel is heavier but tolerates heat and impact better. Sandblasting before anodizing gives a uniform matte look that hides handling marks, while a brushed or polished surface under clear anodize gives a brighter finish. Laser engraving adds logos or part numbers.

Bolt patterns and bore diameters are verified on the first article and then checked on every part. Thread gauges confirm tapped holes, and cosmetic surfaces are inspected under consistent lighting before packing. Common uses include handlebar risers, phone and GPS mounts, fender eliminators, footpeg relocation plates and engine guards for street, adventure and custom motorcycles.

## FAQ
### What anodize colors are available for motorcycle brackets?
Black, silver, red, blue, gold, gray and most common dye colors are available as Type II anodizing on 6061-T6. Colors can shift slightly between batches and alloys, so for matched sets we anodize all parts in the same tank run and can supply a sample for approval first.

### Can you machine brackets from a photo or a worn sample?
We can, but a 3D CAD file gives the most accurate result. From a sample we can measure critical features and model a part for your approval. Mating dimensions on the motorcycle should be confirmed by you, because a worn or bent original can mislead the measurements.

### How do I get a quote for 5-axis turn-mill aluminum motorcycle billet brackets?
Send a 3D model (STEP or IGES) and a 2D drawing with tolerances, material, finish and quantity through the quote form or by email. An engineer replies within 24 hours on business days with price, lead time and any DFM suggestions.
