These are machined lift-kit parts: 2-inch shock and strut spacers, rear shock extension brackets and coil spring top mounts for off-road vehicles. They are CNC turned or milled from aluminum or steel and finished with anodizing or powder coating. They suit lift-kit brands and off-road shops that need correct bolt patterns and spacer heights for specific vehicle platforms.

- 2-inch strut spacers with matched stud patterns
- Rear shock extension brackets milled from plate
- Pressed-in high-strength studs available
- Black anodized aluminum or powder coated steel

## How we make it
Strut spacers are turned from aluminum or steel bar with the stud pattern drilled on a mill to match the vehicle's top mount. Counterbores clear the original studs, and new studs are pressed in where the design needs them. Extension brackets for rear shocks are milled from plate, with bolt holes reamed for a close fit on the original mounting point.

6061-T6 aluminum spacers are light and do not rust; black anodizing is common. Steel spacers are stronger under impact and usually powder coated. Pressed-in studs should be grade 10.9 or equivalent, zinc plated. Rubber isolators used with some spacers are sourced separately. The spacer height directly changes shock geometry, so it should be confirmed against the vehicle's travel limits.

Bolt patterns are checked with a gauge plate or CMM, and spacer height and parallelism are measured on every piece. Stud press-in force and perpendicularity are verified. Common uses are front strut lift spacers, rear shock relocation brackets, coil spring spacers and bump-stop extensions for pickups, SUVs and other light off-road vehicles.

## FAQ
### Aluminum or steel for a 2-inch strut spacer?
Aluminum 6061-T6 is lighter, corrosion resistant and adequate for most street and trail use. Steel handles repeated hard impacts better and is less likely to deform at the stud holes. Many lift kits use aluminum spacers for the front and steel for rear brackets. The choice depends on vehicle weight and intended use.

### Do you design lift spacers for a specific vehicle?
We manufacture to your drawing or to dimensions taken from the original mount you provide. Fitment design, including spacer height, alignment effects and travel limits, should be validated by the kit designer. We can produce a prototype set first so you can test fit on the vehicle before ordering production quantities.

### How do I get a quote for off-road 2-inch lift shock absorber spacers and mounts?
Send a 3D model (STEP or IGES) and a 2D drawing with tolerances, material, finish and quantity through the quote form or by email. An engineer replies within 24 hours on business days with price, lead time and any DFM suggestions.
