What should I include in a request for quote?
A 3D model (STEP/IGES/X_T), a 2D drawing with tolerances and threads, material, surface finish, quantity and target delivery date. If you are unsure about material or finish, tell us how the part is used and we will recommend options.
How quickly will you reply?
Within one business day, usually the same day China time. Urgent requests are faster on WhatsApp.
Is my drawing kept confidential?
Yes. Files go only to the engineers quoting your job. We sign NDAs on request and never share or reuse customer designs.
