This policy explains how Shanghai Mars Industrial Co., Ltd. (“Axisform”, “we”) handles information sent through www.machined-parts-factory.com.
What we collect
Only what you send us: your name, email, company, country, phone or WhatsApp number, project details and any drawings or files you attach. The inquiry list you build while browsing is stored in your own browser (localStorage) and is sent to us only when you submit a form.
How we use it
To reply to your inquiry, prepare quotes, manufacture and ship orders, and keep records required for accounting and quality. We do not sell or rent personal data and we do not use your drawings for anything other than your project.
Cookies and analytics
This website sets no advertising or tracking cookies. Our hosting provider (Cloudflare) may process technical data such as IP addresses to deliver and protect the site.
Confidentiality of drawings
Files are shared only with the staff and finishing partners who need them for your job. We sign non-disclosure agreements on request.
Retention
Inquiry emails are kept for up to three years, or longer when an order is placed and records must be kept by law.
Your rights
You can ask us to access, correct or delete your data at any time by emailing inquiry@machined-parts-factory.com. If you are in the EU/UK, you may also complain to your local data-protection authority.
