CNC Machined Anodized Aluminum 66cc/80cc Cylinder Head
This is a CNC machined aluminum cylinder head for 66cc and 80cc two-stroke motorized bicycle engines, finished in red or other anodized colors. The head is milled from solid billet with cooling fins, combustion chamber, spark plug thread and stud holes. It suits motorized bicycle kit sellers, engine tuners and aftermarket brands that want a stronger, better-cooled head than standard cast versions.

How we make this part
Process, material options and inspection for cnc machined anodized aluminum 66cc/80cc cylinder head.
The head is machined from a solid 6061 aluminum block. Cooling fins are cut on the outside for heat dissipation, and the combustion chamber shape is turned or milled to the specified squish and volume. The spark plug hole is threaded, usually M14x1.25, and stud holes are drilled to match the cylinder pattern. The gasket face is finish milled flat to seal compression.
6061-T6 aluminum is strong and conducts heat well, helping keep the engine cool. Anodizing in red, blue, black or other colors adds corrosion protection and visual appeal, but the gasket face and combustion chamber are typically masked or machined after anodizing for best sealing and heat transfer. 7075 is not usually used due to lower thermal conductivity.
Gasket face flatness, chamber volume, stud pattern and spark plug thread are checked on each head. Visual inspection checks fin quality and anodizing. Typical buyers include motorized bicycle kit sellers, two-stroke tuners and aftermarket parts brands offering upgraded heads for 66cc and 80cc engines and similar small two-stroke engines, from sample heads to production batches.
FAQ
Frequently asked questions
Is a billet cylinder head better than a cast head?
A billet head is machined from solid aluminum, so it has no casting porosity, and its chamber and fins can be optimized. It often cools better and resists warping. Cast heads are cheaper in volume. Billet heads are popular for tuning and performance upgrades.
Can you adjust the compression ratio of the head?
Yes. Compression is changed by machining the combustion chamber volume and squish band. Provide the target chamber volume or compression ratio and engine details, and we will machine accordingly. Higher compression may require higher-octane fuel and engine tuning.
How do I get a quote for cnc machined anodized aluminum 66cc/80cc cylinder head?
